MTA launches Hotel Worker of the Year 2009

Following the successful launch of the Hotel Worker of the Year award in 2008, the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) is once again organising this prestigious award for the hotel sector as part of the 2009 STAR (Special Thanks And Recognition) Awards.

Through this award hotel managers are given the opportunity to recognise their top employees, whose excellent performance and positive attitude towards work is an example to fellow workers.

The Hotel Worker of the Year award is open to hotel employees in any grade, in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Only one nomination per hotel can be submitted and participation is free of charge. Applications must reach the MTA by Monday 30th November 2009.
