Sales blitz on Toulouse

MTA, Air Malta and Toulouse airport joined forces for a sales blitz on Toulouse and the surrounding regions over four days, from June 21st to the 24th.

This team was made up of staff from the MTA, Air Malta and Toulouse airport sales in an effort to make a sales blitz. The target was to visit travel agencies in Toulouse and in this large region such as Albi and Carcassonne and other towns.

The main messages to the trade were

• That Air Malta now has a Monday flight in addition to the Thursday flight from Toulouse


• To promote Malta as an ideal short break destination all year round


• To widen the knowledge that Malta in Eurozone and Schengen adding to travel convenience


• To promote Malta as an excellent destination to learn the English language and for diving


• To ensure that Major French Tourist Offices’s feature Malta in their brochures
