The renowned World Press Photo tour is for the firts time exhibiting in Malta at St James Cavalier between September 14 and October 6
World Press Photo Exhibition
On the September 14 St James Cavalier will be hosting the world’s largest and most prestigious annual press photography exhibition. This year celebrates the 50th anniversary of this annual tour.
World Press Photo is a non-profit organisation based in the Netherlands. The Amsterdam office serves as the hub for a network of professional contacts worldwide. It gives press photographers the opportunity to display their talent. The photos are real and challenge the viewers to think and reflect. The exhibits range from the beautiful to the shocking, capturing news worthy moments for posterity.
The exhibition is being held in Malta for the first time and will be on display to the public at St James Cavalier between the September 14 and October 6. This exhibition has been made possible through the support of various sponsors, including the MTA which is committed to supporting all kinds of cultural activities.
