June issue of Events Magazine

Welcome to the June issue of Events. As summer approaches and the climate gets warmer, the Maltese islands get busier and livelier than ever with colourful events, such as village feasts and open-air parties. This time of the year needs no introduction to tourists visiting Malta and Gozo as many keep coming over and over again.

For the young-at-heart there are two international concerts, Bryan Admas and Carreras while discos and parties are not short at this time of the year. For those that like culture and folklore there is no better season to visit a village feast, with some of them celebrating all week, with band marches, fireworks, processions and more. Watch out for the Feast of the month on the 29th June. This public holiday “St. Peter & St. Paul”, hosts a number of activities not to be missed.
