Five different stages and other street events spread over Bugibba, Qawra and St Paul's Bay

Festa Mużika – Fete de la Musique

The Malta Tourism Authority is proud to present an evening-long music festival - Festa Mużika - which will take place in St. Paul’s Bay, Bugibba and Qawra on June 21.

Festa Mużika is the mega event to celebrate World Music Day in 106 countries bringing together those who produce music, those that perform it and everyone who loves to listening in celebration.

Five different stages will be set up in various area of the locality. Music vary from rock to classic, club music to folk.

Bands, DJs and other performers hail from UK, France and Malta, with the best names of The Yardbirds, (a band that saw in its ranks Eric Clapton, Led Zepplin’s Jimmy Page and guitar god Jeff Beck), The Animals (know for the House of the rising sun), The Killer Queen (the best Queen tribute band in the World), DJ Sonique, Prodigy Tribute band Jilted Generation, Soasis (Oasis tribute band) and many others together with top local performers.

This event which originated in France and is well established around the world is the Malta premiere of a series of events to be celebrated annually in St. Paul’s Bay, Bugibba and Qawra.

By organising this event in one of Malta's leading tourist resorts, the MTA is proving beyond doubt its commitment in ensuring a high quality entertainment programme in St. Paul’s Bay, Qawra and Bugibba where some 40% of Malta’s tourist accommodation and entertainment facilities are located.
