Jules Verne luxury cruise ship on maiden visit to Malta

The Jules Verne, Vision Cruises' luxury cruise ship, made its maiden call to Malta on the 1st of May. A 12-piece village brass band and flower girls, together with officials from the Malta Tourism Authority and the Valletta Waterfront, were on hand to welcome the visitors.

The Jules Verne carries 550 passengers and a crew complement of 200. The ship is equipped with the state of the art facilities and offers a very exclusive service. The cruise liner is currently on a 12- day Mediterranean cruise and will navigate through the Mediterranean during the months of May, June, July, August, September and October.
